Please join us in a celebration of awareness and community on Sunday, July 29th from 7 pm to 8 pm on the sundeck at LifeCenter Plus in Hudson, Ohio. Patty Jackson will lead a special offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga Basics class to benefit the Susan G. Komen 3-Day/60 mile walk to fight breast cancer. All proceeds from this class will support the fundraising efforts of team ?Jerry?s Boobielicious Kids?. The class is ?an energetic practice that blends strength, flexibility, and balance in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind. This class will heal, detoxify, and electrify your body as well as calm your mind through the practice of meditation.? Space is limited to the first 50: please call LifeCenter Plus at 330-655-2377 ext. 0 to register. Plan to arrive 15 minutes or more before the start of class; if you are not a member of LifeCenter Plus you will need to complete a short waiver form before the class starts. A donation of $10 or more to ?Susan G. Komen 3-Day? is suggested. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate, visit http://goo.gl/05G76 for more information. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel and water to class. If you don?t have your own mat there is a limited supply available to borrow or for sale in the Pro Shop. This special benefit class is open to anyone, experienced with yoga or not.
